Red 2 Movie Review
Near Red is still somewhat based on the comics, Red 2 is written specifically for the film. Strange that this sequel is even more like a comic touch.
After your adventure leads Red Frank Moses (Bruce Willis) and Sarah Ross (Mary-Louise Parker), a happy life. At least from the perspective of Frank. Sarah action and adventure is lost, and so are his people instead of love became. Frank is, in fact, a houseman at the top, but it was only action hero he once was. He feels that affect their relationship with the routine and therefore invites the show suddenly standing on the sidewalk. Marvin (John Malkovich), paranoid to do this for a dose of LSD long obtained as a CIA experiment, Frank warned that the two on the list of most wanted by the FBI for his contribution to "Operation Night". Running the FBI trying to clear their names, but also to keep out of the hands of Han (Byong-Hun Lee) - "Best of the World Contract Killer" - and M16.
South Korean star
Dean Parisot has taken over the direction of Robert Schwentke, and that seems like a good choice. Parisot with films like Dick and Jane and Galaxy Quest on your behalf. This shows that he knows he behaved and comedy mix perfect. Writing is re brothers Jon and Erich Hoeber. The list of movies written by the brothers is not very long, but with Red and 2 now become his best work, something I can not say much if is also responsible for battleship. Red 2 brings the original cast back together, adding functionality to allow Anthony Hopkins, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Lee Byung Hun, where especially the latter is negligible. Lee after her performance as Storm Shadow in GI Joe: Cobra Release and deal with the results back a role in a Hollywood film, one in which you can put aside their skills in their martial arts sense of humor too. Lee is in his native South Korea actor received several awards won for his roles include saw the devil, Gwanghae and A Bittersweet Life. He was one of the first players in South Korea and the handprint for the Grauman's Chinese Theatre on Hollywood Walk of Fame, along with his new teammates Bruce Willis and Helen Mirren before he loses too.
,, That's something you do not see every day. "
In many ways, Red 2 recurrent exercise, but the humor, the action and the characters in the painting better than the first part. The joke is timed at the right time. Although the cast includes Hollywood is better, it's a shame to see that Bruce Willis is the weakest link and seems not only on the screen. Willis plays with great ease back a former CIA agent, something he has done many times before. But where the rest of the cast have the space and do to show what they can do - something most notably when Helen Mirren - Willis lives on autopilot. They also have to complain to Catherine Zeta-Jones. Her character, Katya, is a former love Frank now years later he crosses his path. While doing comic moments with Sarah, and the cross was for many a joke, lacking in terms of mood Katja each track. This is mainly due to the sequence of commands Zeta-Jones does not give space to be fun. Missed opportunities.
conclusion
Red 2 is at least as good as its predecessor, and chases sometimes even more. The humor is sometimes delicate absurd, primarily through the interaction between Frank and Sarah and all that brings Marvin, but remains closely linked to action. Red 2 is an action comedy like so much of Part 1 as newcomers rejoice. Not surprisingly, this is where he wrote a sequel.
